Structural Condition Assessment Report For Hemming Unit Building

The existing structure, Hemming Unit Building located at the premises of M/s Alok Industries Ltd. is a Ground plus two RCC structure. It is reported that the construction of the existing structure was completed in the year 1995, since then it has been in operation. Later, in the year 2009, new RC slab was constructed to utilize the blank floor plate area of first floor using RC column-beam-slab framing. At present, the concerned authorities, M/s Alok Industries Ltd. Desired to carry-out Structural Soundness Assessment of the structure in order to assess the presence and extent of deterioration/distress if any in the structure. Hence, a reference was made to M/s Structedge consultants by the concerned authorities to conduct Assessment for Soundness and distress in the structure and to suggest appropriate restoration measures for the distressed members. In response to this, a detailed field assessment study was carried out during the period 23^rd January 2023 to 25th January 2023.
