Visual Inspection of NBCC Residential Building, Gajapati Nagar, Bhubaneswar

In Gajapatinagar, Bhubaneswar A detailed Structural Audit and distress Investigation was Carried out on the month of July 2025 By M/S Structedge Consultants. This Residential building is consists of two basements. Due to the failure of the basement external waterproofing system, some portion was leaking. Due to this some parts of the structure was observed distress. Hence a detailed Distress analysis has been carried out along with rectification methodology. So that based on the report all the residential welfare society can take collective decision to execute the job.
